Most of what we sell is made to order with your logo or design, so please check your mockup carefully before you approve it.
Custom and decorated items
Custom items can't be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, have a production error, or don't match the mockup you approved. If you change your mind or order the wrong size after production starts, that isn't covered.
Blank items
Blank items can't be returned unless they have a factory defect.
Canceling an order
You can cancel for a full refund until production starts. Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel.
If something's wrong
Report any problem with our workmanship within 7 days of receiving your order. Send your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll reprint, replace or refund the item, whichever makes the most sense.
